In 1993, Beijing Strategy Software System Co., Ltd. developed management software mainly aimed at financing and payroll in the foreign invested enterprises with Yong Dao Office, a world famous management consultating company. And the product has been brought into effect successfully in Hua Tang Yokado Commercial Co., Ltd.. Up to now, Hua Tang has kept a continuous and steady cooperation with Beijing Strategy Software System Co., Ltd.
In 1995, the first version of payroll management software of Strategy came out. In the coming year, Beijing Strategy Software System Co., Ltd developed with Oracle, producing HRMS to match its EPR system. This system has been popularized in the Chief Bureau of Civil Aviation and all the companies directly under it.

In 2006, ProLease Strategy sighed and implemented successfully the HR management information system project of China East Assets Management Company. And enters into the financial field.
